Yvette Adounvo Atekpe has been in the Telecommunications and IT sector for over 20 years. She has been involved in establishing world-class customer service teams for ICT organisations in Africa during her time working in the sector. Yvette has been the managing director of Internet Solutions Ghana since 2008.
Yvette holds an MBA (Marketing) and PGD in Marketing of Services from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. She also studied Law and Philosophy at the University of Ghana, with a major in Sociology.
Yvette earned a CBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. She is a product of the Holy Child School in Cape-Coast. Yvette currently serves as Director on the board of various Private Corporate Organizations in Ghana and previously served on the board of the Ghana Internet Service Providers Association (GISPA) as its Director for Communication. Yvette was a representative on the National Communications Policy Planning Committee, which sought to draft and implement an effective Communications Policy for Ghana in 1999. She is a member of the Ministry of Communications Committee on Girls in ICT.
Alfred Nkrow is the Commercial Manager responsible for products and new business development. He is a qualified accountant by profession and associate member of the Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA). He also obtained an MBA in Finance from Leicester University, UK in 2008, an MSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading (UK) in 2004 and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast in 1999.
Alfred has over fourteen years’ work experience, spanning from investment banking to telecommunication in both Africa and Europe. He has worked for Vodafone UK as a financial accountant, eventually moving back to Ghana in 2008 to take up a position at their offices here before joining Internet Solutions Ghana.
Over the last 10 years, George has been involved in developing cutting edge ICT solutions, managing technology projects and budgets and developing operational policies and procedures. George held the position of an IP/MPLS consultant at MTN Ghana to facilitate the rollout of their MPLS infrastructure and Managed Data Network Services. He was Project Manager at Vodafone Ghana, Head of Technology at KNET, Network Engineer at Accelon – Nigeria and Network and RF Engineer at Third Rail Ghana Limited.
George currently holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) from Blekinge Technical Institute in Sweden and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Communication Management from Coventry University in England. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)
Ebenezer Ahulu is the Chief Finance Officer and has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. He has worked in various industries, including audit and assurance, shipping and logistics and telecommunication. Prior to joining Internet Solutions Ghana, Ebenezer was the head of finance for Multichoice’s operations in Ghana. Ebenezer worked as the Financial Controller for Africa in A. P. Moller Maersk (Denmark) from 2006 to 2008. There he was responsible for the accounting and finance functions of the over thirty five companies of the Maersk Line group across Africa.
Ebenezer’s areas of expertise include strategic financial planning and control; corporate financial management; investment appraisal; working capital management; financial statements preparations (IFRS compliant); budgeting and budgetary control as well as business integration.
Ebenezer is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) and holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Liverpool (UK). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Ghana, Legon.
